In 2006 Brown become the subject of many tabloid stories, on the basis of her relationship with Hollywood actor Eddie Murphy. Unconfirmed stories quickly came that the pair had tattoos of each others' names, were planning a wedding, and had introduced each other to their respective families. On Oct. 17, 2006 AOL claimed that she is in fact having a baby by Eddie.
Brown was quoted as saying: "We're in love and get on really well. All the children have met and get on too - it's like a great big happy family. I can't wait to spend Christmas with him and I can't wait to have this baby."
In early December 2006, news came that the Brown and Murphy are no longer a couple, and Murphy told a journalist at the Dreamgirls premiere that the parentage of Brown's unborn baby cannot be proven until paternity test has been performed. As Murphy told a reporter, "I don't know whose child that is until it comes out and has a blood test. You shouldn't jump to conclusions, sir." Brown, however, says she's quite certain that Murphy is indeed the father.
Murphy is presently dating Tracey Edmonds, a film producer, who is the former wife of singer Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds.

Yes , I thought it was a joke they ever got together in the first place!. Eddie's Murphy's ex wife Nicole is beautiful and classy.
It was a sure case of class to brass if ever I've seen one! I'm just surprised it took him 6months to realise that..... but then he is a bloke!
At least the child will want for nothing.

Yes he is with another actress or singer or something now, and yes there is a talk of a paternity test.
He divorced his first wife last year due to "irreconcilable differences" - apparently he liked to cheat. Not that I am saying he did but that was the story anyway....

No one will ever know for sure...I read two papers at the weekend..one said they had split up and he was demanding a blood test when the baby is born and the other said they are happy and no talk of them splitting...BIZZARRO!!!

Yes, they have split and he does not believe the child she is carrying is his, so he is asking for a paternity test.....sad huh?

Apparently she first heard on the radio!!! It's a bit 5hitty on her.
I am not sure if it is a pregnancy thing and if he's dumped her for getting pregnant but he is saying he doesn't believe the baby is his. She says there is no possibility it is anyone elses.

yes it's true they are no longer together and he thinks there is a possibility that he's not the father of the baby she is expecting, he has said he won't know who is the father until the baby is born and a blood test is done!
