A normal grave is 6ft deep so a shallow grave is one where the soil just covers the body so at a guess about 2ft deep xxxxx

that's funny. it could be as shallow as 2 ft. (the width of a person) but I heard that Freddy the Fence is at least 5ft width...lol

I think the rule of thumb here is deep enough to cover a body quickly and get the hell outta there. However you don't want it discovered too quickly so I think about 2 to 3 ft. would be enough.

shallow enough to cover the body but deep enough so animals don't dig up an arm and drag it around the neighborhood
