Oddly enough can usually mean strange but true or a remarkable event that occured e.g. Oddly enough, she was there right in front of me! It can be used in contexts such as if someone was just thinking of someone and that person suddenly calls! or if you mention someone in passing the person you are talking to might say 'Oddly enough I saw him yesterday.'

For example.. It means that its a strange coincidence that someone asked you a question you were asked before and that you found it unlikley to have been asked in the first place....
