No, but they are animal life forms, invertabrate. They may have some way of feeling pain.

No way, there may be some kinds of nervous structures, which allow them to respond to certain stimuli but cephalisation starts to appear only in higher animals like tapeworms.

No they don't have brains, but they have a neural network and a sensory system that allows them to 'feel' in the sense that you can feel when you touch something.
