Your question doesn't make sense.

How many homeworks?

t's a bit like asking "how many houseworks does a women do?" It just doesn't make sense.

I am going to assume you mean "how many hours of homework to 12 year old children get in London".

Well, London is no different to anywhere else in England as far as the National Curriculum goes. There are independent schools which are not state run so cannot comment on those. In Secondary school, each subject gives out its own homework in a homework diary usually for each subject but not necessarily every night. It would take approximately 1 -2 hours to complete depending on how many subjects have issued homework.

children in England have a different home work for each lesson, ie: maths , English history geography, art science etc, so a quite a lot.

It would depend on the school and the child. My daughter usually completes hers at school now. In her old school it was 2/3 hours per night. Why did she want to move?

You've clearly not done enough homework.
