Any good ideas for meaningful gifts for family members and good friends for the price of $20 an under each ? Also for other people I know and want to give but for less then $ 10. My budget is no more then $ 300 and I need to get gifts for around 30 people. Thanks.

Wine is a good choice. You could get a good(not bad) Chianti for under $20 or there are other good wines that cost under $20. There are some wholesale wine shops out there. You can buy a case and you can save some money. Or there are gift baskets under $20.

You can make a gift basket yourself for less than $10. It can be done. Be creative.

Hope it helps.

Believe it or not, the $1.00 store. Everything from hardback books to picture frames to swim toys...
I try to stop by our local one at least every few weeks. You have to be willing to take the time to dig through things to find the one with the right color that doesn't look cheap, isn't chipped, etc. Some stores are far better quality in stock than others.
They also have greeting cards for 50cents. Calendars that are marked for retail at 15.00...I could go on.
Also, at Overstock.com, they have fantastic deals and a section where you buy in bulk & get things at incredible prices.
As a true bargain hunter, I enjoy coming home with a good "kill" that I know will bless people when I otherwise might not be able to get them a gift.
Do you have a local Grocery Outlet? That store is fabulous, you never know what new things they will have from week to week or day to day-lamps, perfumes, artwork, coolers, .Again, it requires time to pick through to the good stuff, but very worthwhile.
Have fun!

Now. I have absolutely no specifics, but hear me out. Find something completely ridiculous, funny and cheap. For example: About a week ago, a boy in my English/Lit History Studies class began to sing, "All I want for Christmas are my two front teeth." in class. His present from me? A pair of chatter teeth. I hope it sparked at least a little inspiration.
