No.
Yasser Arafat was an old man who had a brain hemorrhage and coma leading to death. He was admitted to a french hospital and French law doesn't allow the doctors to discuss their patients ailments.

However it was reported that he had Arafat was suffering from Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP), an immunologically-mediated decrease in the number of circulating platelets to abnormally low levels.

This is where the aids rumour came from, from people who don't know the difference between diseases.

If he hadn't have been who he was, there wouldn't even be rumours of poisoning. People die from unknown causes all the time, and he was of an age for this to happen.

Don't spread ghost stories in planet of apes.
Everyone is already living in misery.
The late Yasser Arafat just left us with time.
Before he left he left behind a piece of vital clue for the good of mankind on planet earth.
So the ghost stories do not exist.
