No were are violent untustworthy beast who can't control our mating habits and could stand for a good thinning of the herd. Generally speaking of course there are some decent people breathing one would assume.

as a species I'd have to say we are pretty atrocious but on an individual-type day-to-day basis i really have to believe that a given individual is basically good and kind

part of them are,,,and i think part of them have had the kindness pushed down in them by others being unkind,,, then there are some who just are not,,,,,,,,,,i think the kind ones outnumber the unkind by a large percentage,,,,,,, just like with many other negative things/habits,,,,, its just the unkind are so noticable , get so much attention

Sometimes it is, sometimes it boggles the imagination how man can be so cruel, look at the Atrocities in recent history, one thing that I'm sure of !
