Somwhere not influenced by tourism and not too much modern stuff. Somewhere with dirt roads...perhaps a village.its kind of a romantic ideal, but I'm sure its out there, i mean, its Spain! Somewhere to get lost... :)

Andalucia has lots of lovely off the beaten track villages.
You could try Estacion de Colmenar, Istan,Genalgaucil, which is a real gem with some fabulous works of art dotted all around the village which are created by artists every other year who visit Genalgaucil at the councils expense on the basis that they create a work of art which they donate to the village:-

Salitre and Benarrabar are also worth visiting as is Algotocin, San Pablo and Jimena.

Just hire a car and tour the area, don't be afraid to take some of the tracks and you will have a great time.

Go to Marbella, then take the bus to Sevilla. On the road, the bus will halt in a small village. Get down from the bus and go wander in Andalucia. Beautiful region.
