The pharmacy board who is active within that juristiction/area wil regulate the practice of pharmacy and enforce guidelines and punishments when not compliant. The practice is regulated by sets of acts and regulations passed by parliament (pharmacist Act and regs, Drugs, poisons and controlled substances act and regulations, and board guidelines as well as sheduling laws)
