It depends on weather we are able to survive ourselves (warfare, self made viruses, ...) and if we are lucky enough not being squashed under some cataclysmic event like a big meteor slamming into earth, extreme earth quakes, global heating/cooling, extreme volcanic activities and all events that are responsible for the extinction of species in the distant and nearer past of Earth's history.

In theory, the final destination possible for humans on Earth is when the Sun explodes, in about 5 billion years. We can still relax about this one.
