9506 = 2* 4753
= 2*7*679
= 2*7*7*97

there in above 7 Occurs in pair and 2 and 97 do not occur in pair. you need to multiply by 2*97 or 194 to make it perfect square

If you are asking if 9506 of a simple number no it isn't.

The other answers tell you what it is the square of. And why can't you use the sqrt button on your calculator?
