Sometimes in the dark all you see is a smiling set of the whitest of white teeth.I think torches or lights on the hood would solve the problem so old women dont get robbed or raped. Mind you they would probably sell the lights for crack or something.

I thought hoodies had been banned in lots of shopping malls? So, yes, this is a racist question, but at the same time local councils have been taking racist decisions about peoples' civil liberties. Or perhaps the statistics show that most night attacks are carried out by people with hoodies. Or perhaps even by black youths with hoodies? Do they? I really don't know.
