The best product I've ever used is clear.now -- it's better than proactive.

I recently had plastic surgery and popped a few stiches near the corners of my mouth and Ultra is definitely helping to close them up and smooth my skin in those areas. though I don't know what long term may be.

I usually don't go for clearasil because I don't find that it works very well

its good. but it drys the skin
