he is married and has two children.i just love him and i see him as my own brother or something like that. but the girls in my class mistake this relationship for something unpleasant. what do i do? should i avoid all those things that the girls talk or should i maintain a distance with my teacher?

Look it is always good to have a relationship with all your teachers. If you like him as a mentor that is fine. The other girls are silly and are probably failing this is why they are saying these silly things. Keep a good relationship with your teacher, but be professional about it.

Tell your teacher how you feel.... You need to know that his job could be on the line especially if people already get the wrong idea . so yeah maintain your distance.

u should tell ur teacher how u feel bout him like u see him as ur big bro and ignore the gurls in ur class they r just jeleous cuz they cant have a relationship with him like u i kinda had the same problem when i was in 5th grade...im a gurl and i had a crush on my math teacher SHE lol was so awsome she always wanted me to stay after class n help her out she would take me places after school and we would hang out i dont c her n e more tho but n e ways try to keep ur relationship with ur teach he could be an awsome influence on u n if u have n e boy problems im sure he would be a great listener n keep ur secrets a secret that is the way it was for me n my teach

Yes dear I think you should keep your distance and when you talk to him make sure they are ppl around you as witnesses as you may also get him into trouble.
PPl might think he is having an affair with you so this will hurt his and your family.
Just be more careful.

You should keep ur distance from him, he is married...just think of how his wife n kids could be hurt. it is not a good idea to get involved with ur teacher. i am speaking from past experiance.

keep your distance. don't you watch the news? it's best for his career. it always starts out this way and the next thing you know it's out of control. he is not your brother. find someone else to "luv"
