In a story I am writing, most of the events take place in an institution(or academy, or university, whatever) which aims studying alien civilization on other planets in order to deduce from their progress the main reasons that make all civilizations grow and then inevitably decilne. The project hopes to infer from that prolonged study the esoteric truth of the universe and its purpose. The events take place in the not so distant future.

What I want you to suggest is:
1- the name of that institution. My story is supposed to be a satire, so I'm looking for funny names and acronyms that mock the whole business of truth finding, scientific research, deep philosophical significances, and all that kooky stuff:)

2- I also wish you could suggest a name for the manager of this institution/project. I regard him as a thin man whith a shrill vboice, quick movements, and the mean and quick demeanor of a mouse.

Thank you and awaiting your suggestions.

Endevors Corrolating Our Never-ending Obsession with Mindless Idolism of Currency in Society

Just an idea, i know its huge, but i think that satire should of course be linked to something of money and greed.

as for the manager... dont get too caught up in naming him. as a fellow writer, its not so much what you said as it is in how you said it. "The project manager of the institution was rather scrawny looking, as we made our way through the halls. He had thin straight hair, and a bit of a receding hair line. His nose was of normal proportion, save the sharpness of the tip. He held his hands together, curling his thin boney fingers. He talked with a lisp, given to him by the misfortunate breeding of his parents, leaving him quite a set of two large front teeth. Mr. Pinch must obviously be british..." haha ya, sorry, but you get my point. Just have fun with it, and don't get caught up in the particulars. Keep your eyes on the bigger picture. Take care.
