Is Prevention better than cure you asked?
I say YES! Why you asked?
If you can Prevent something you don't need to try to cure anything

We already HAVE prevention; we WANT the cure. Finding cures should be more important right now.

Absolutely - prevention is 70-80% effective, whereas cure is only 20-30% effective when it comes to disease.

"An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." It is much easier to get rid of something before it gets too big. For exampe if you get 2 mice in your house, it is not that hard getting rid of them. But if you wait tll there are 200 of them, then it is harder to get rid of this large family.
See this site below to understand how it is easier to get rid of cancer before they can diagnose it. When a woman has a cancerous tumor the size of a pea in her breast, that means it has been growing for 10 years!!!

Always. Virtually all conditions are degenerative...they are a result of various lifestyle choices, including diet, exercise, habits like smoking and drinking too much, rest and relaxation, environmental factors like pollution and noise, etc.
When the body is weakened by these choices, diseases like cancer, heart problems, diabetes, alzhiemers, strokes, and many more occur.
What can be done then is often too little, too late.
