what should i wear for my junior high school christmas party?

Question

i want to wear something out of the box (not the usual jeans and graphic tee and flipflops). but our school has a dress code. these rules arer as follows:
-skirts 3 inches above the knee is not allowed
- no sleeveless tops
- tops must not be short ( belly button should not be seen).

p.s. my personality is girly but with a bit of rocker edge. please help me find an outfit that fits my personality and doesnt violent the school rules.

(preferably blue)denim skirt 2-inches above knee
high-neck, full-sleeved warm cloth(black) & too short off-shoulder top(metallic red)
loose hair or high pony
irresstably dark but less make-up(preferably only eye-makeup)
If its still cold then wear a long and dashing overcoat with fur(not real fur please)
yeah dont forget to make a style statement with a girly-rocking watch.

First of all, you're 13 years old- most of the people you're going to school with, you probably won't even recognize in 5 years from now.. Now for the apparel issue- no matter what you wear, no matter how cheap you think it looks, just dress classy and respectful- if I were going to a camp and I know I'm going to get dirty, I'd put my hair in two braids, wear a cute bandana, a fun fitted t-shirt, comfy running shoes and those really short super adorable board shorts you have. And take a comfy hoodie in case you get cold. That way, your short shorts don't make you look trashy and at the same time, although you'll look cute, you won't stand out enough for people to single you out. Oh and wear a nice shinny, clear lip gloss, but no other make-up ;) P.S. If you're gonna get wet- wear a bikini under your clothes.

I feel that skirts tend to either look kind of cheap or trashy if they are tight and short, or they are simply just the run of the mill jean skirts that aren't necessarily sexy.
