that really depends on how much money you are willing to spend , I have been a rotary tech and Mazda rotary fan for a long time and I have seen bigger rotary engines but how much power do you want to produce when the regular 13B can deliver well over 600 horses naturally aspirated and not to mention twin turbo.
but to get this kind of power your engine will need to be disassemble and rebuilt with high performance rotors,Apex seals, and not to mention six porting or peripheral porting the intake ports inside the housings then you will need better fuel management or even a 50-58DVA dual draft carburetor and intake and heathers see if you can visit racing beat.com witch is all about Mazda performance and you will find that the engine on this RX-7s can be as gig as you want housing 1-2-3-4-5-6 rotors and delivering 1000s of pony's if you won the lottery of course .

To get a bigger rotary engine you need to add rotors by either importing a 3-rotor engine or having one custom built.

Get started on that 2nd mortgage paperwork.

I do know a guy who successfully transplanted a Ford 5.0 V8 into one of these cars though.
