Just curious, what's the best way to go for the jugular when in a disagreement with a woman?

When she asks a question tell the truth. it works everytime.
Remember the ad on T.V. were the woman asks her man if she is fat. Just tell the truth and she will be insulted.

depends on the woman. And how well you know her. What she looks like, etc., etc. If it's a co-worker or a aggravating aquaintance that you know pretty well you just have to think about it, chances are, she'll have shown you her belly at some point. Think about what she seems to care most about and/or what she is most sensitive about - her kids, her nose, her yard wide butt, whatever. If nothing is obvious, act cloying and pathetic and take your time and coax the rope you need to hang her with out of her, keep mental notes, and pay particular attention to anything stupid or inconsistent she says, or anything she pointedly avoids. Then string her up.

Call her fat. Its rather devastating to most girls, but if she knows she's not, u could just look like an idiot that's unsuccessfully trying to be mean to her.
you cud always on the other hand, just say plain and simple: "you know what? you're ugly." like as if you neva noticed it before and its actually a breakthrough. and then you can start pointing out the areas of her face that are especially disturbing.
youll catch her by suprise.

You know what cuts mouthy bi**ches?
Totally agree with them, with a condescending smile on your face.
Things such as "I'm sure you are right". .Can have a devastating effect on them. As what they are looking for is reaction.
When its seemingly, a nice one they are out of their depth, and you can't be accused of saying this or that.Or putting them down.
But you know what the intention and outcome was and so do they!

Suggest that the brand of makeup she's using just isn't cutting it anymore (be prepared to run for it).
Ask her when the baby is due.
If she is sitting down, and accidently exposes part of her leg, you say "that reminds me, I have to buy some ham on the way home tonight".

let her catch you jack*** off to porn and then tell her it's because she's too much work to satisfy and you like what you can do for yourself better then she ever could. Then get prepared for the break up. Make sure you have all you assets tucked away safe because she'll wipe you out when she leaves
