If they shouldn't then the tobacco companies should'nt have either, they lied, but why should that matter if all the blame is on the customer. Maybe lying to the public doesn't matter.

You're trying to make a CUSTOM order at a place that really doesn't make them. Every time I hear a customer make a custom order there, { which I can probably count on my fingers how many times in the last 40 years } I know they are going to wait much longer & it will most likely be wrong. I just shake my head and smile. It's just not in their business concept or model. Improperly made orders leed to pissed off customers and NO manager needs to deal with that. ESPECIALLY at a place that isn't set up to make special orders on a regular basis. Most all the other fast food places are more conducive to special orders. But here's a more relative question. WHY don't you check EVERY order BEFORE you leave ANY fast food place ? I don't even leave a drive-thru without checking my order, ESPECIALLY if I order something custom. PS, do you really want to have your wife pissed off ?

We have the freedom of choice and not only a very big choice of places to eat. We eat the same kind of hamburger at home. I love Mc Donalds Big Mack and their french fries are the best. I indulge ocassionally but I'm not caught up in the trend of not cooking at home. PEOPLE, COOK AT HOME!
