I agree with you, that it's difficult to say where to draw the line. I am against abortion, but am pro-choice. The reason is because God gave us all free will. So, I believe God is pro-choice as well. I'm not saying He thinks abortion is right, on the contrary. I'm just saying that He obviously allows free will or we would never have been able to break any of His laws.
I've often asked the question, "If we have rights to our own bodies, then why can't I smoke a joint?" When my dad was suffering and there was nothing but death to relieve him, I wondered, "Why can't we just overdose him or something?" I loved my dad, but I couldn't stand to see him suffer like that. It's a memory that will forever be burned into my brain.
So, where do we draw the line? I think in each man or woman's conscience. But then, there's the law, and no one wants to go to prison. You asked, "Who knows what will become?" The end of the human race as we know it, in my opinion. Peace.

EVERYTHING we do DOES effect other people! No I don't agree with abortion or governement programs to pay for it. Who knows what those children would have contributed to the world. A baby DOES have a soul and so do you that is why it is wrong. You did create yourself, you have a creator and it's wrong to take your own life or have someone else take it from you.
I guess someone else would say well what if Hilter were aborted... who knows... it stil does it make it right.
we were given free will, God does allow us to make mistakes but it doesn't mean we SHOULD.

Gee, I thought it was none of your business? A woman has a right to decide what she does with her body. Morals and all that is wonderful, but if abortions became illegal, what if she finds out her child has a deformity and she feels she cannot handle it. Not my case, but if she also is not prepared to have a child and is forced to, wouldn't that just add to the population of unwanted children in this country. Better for it to be legal, and not needed than to be illegal and have woman go to butchers or worse yet, abandon their children because they are not wanted. I don't like the idea of abortions, but there are times when it is needed, whose to say what is right or wrong.

its just my opinion that only cowards run away from their problems i heard that females that have abortions have terriable dreams and WHEN they try and concieve again they have problems the true question is not if everyone or just someone life was aborted but are you willing to take one the quacks say a baby dont have a soul when it first starts to grow thats just what they wanna tell you cause every action that they have beteween a patient puts money in their pocket just like some pills nameley pain killers i've seen people take them only to have them 5 to 10 years later go back to the doctor for operations to remove body parts that the pills have tainted haah more money for the doctors pocket the key to remeber is if your not mature enough get your tubes tied.

I am a pro choice person.
I would love to have kids, but in some cases, there is no choice but to have an abortion.
Yes, abortion is NOT nice, but i don't think we should judge people who choose to have an abortion. It is their business and they might be in circumstances we may not understand.

For me the problem isn't the abortion it's the old bald geezers in government who are making decisions about my uterus! They need to put their minds to use in areas that will benefit our country and leave the care of my body to me. It is embarrassing to think that reproductive health should be legislated. I have sole control of my body!

Is this question directed at people who perform abortions? I ask this because those who are pro-choice would not consider themselves abortionists.

Yeah, no kidding. That's why the whole thing is a mess. I could argue every point you just made but it doesn't even matter. We're not going to agree anytime soon but who knows?

its a very good point ...and it would seem reason is a paradox
when it comes to murder (war) what ever you call it..its murder
but I am reluctant to place abortion along side murder..It just don't sit right with me
