Don't know. But if you really want to know you could spend some time figuring out how much altering has been dome to the image (start with her right shoulder). You might get some clues there.

I am sure that the picture shown is of Lucy Turnbull, who works for the Moldovian security services and was once a body guard for the reclusive American writer and poet, Linda J Cirillo.
