Are certain people just born negative or is it something that developes, and is there away to cure it. My father pointed out last night that I am the most negative person he has ever met, We took my son to see santa and all I did was complain and find fault. And being so negative only leads to one thing, countless bad luck, as my mother often points out, if it wasn't for bad luck I'd have no luck, anything that can go wrong does with me, even my doctor stated last week, i've not had much luck, I've had more medical problems in my 25 years than most people have in there lifetime. Anyone any advice??

I could give so much advice but really this is the most important, it's all in your mind really. (which can control things around you)

Most negitve people have a high level of dysfunction with their phyical bodies as well. Yet there are people all over who have exteme disabilities who have a very postive attitude.

while you may never be able to do anything aboutyour phyical body and it's challanges you can have 100 percent control over your emotional body.

If you are serious about wanting to change from a negitive person into a postive person I suggest getting a book called Self-Talk by Dr, David Stoop.

It takes a LOT of work to change behaviors and it's a life long process. But it does get easier and it can be done.

I didn't take control of and take personal responsibility for my emotional actions until my late 20's. That book started me on my path and I can honestly say it saved my life.

Now I LOVE me and have a very very happy life, and so can you, Best of luck and don't give up,

Watch the movie: What the Bleep do we know?

Start indentifying your negative patterns. Ask your husband to help with this and be open to the times that he actually points somethihng out to you.

Negative thinking is indeed habitual but its also biological because of the emotions involved with the whole process.

Watch that movie and youll understand about that: then youll understand how important it is to changed your thoguht patterns. Its not pad luck thats giving you helath issues. Its your negative attitue,

the answer to your question is your asking the wrong question instead of focusing on the negative's of things focus on the positives so instead of asking how do i stop being negative ask how do i start being positive people tend to move towards the things they are focusing on so if you focus on the positive you will move towards it and vice versa

see by focusing on how you stop being negative you miss the whole point of wanting to be positive

so instead of looking at the things wrong with what your seeing look and see what's right about them and forget about what's wrong

Attitude is a reflection of how life is perceived. Open your mind to the world and understand that just because what you perceive is not fitting to your world, doesn't mean that it's bad, undesirable, unimportant, unbelievable and unlovable. See and accept the world as it is and not as you want it and it will change your perception and attitude.

Try to identify the good things in your life, however small, and concentrate on them.
