I am also a Pharmacy major. I can't determine which pharmacy school is the best in the world because its such a broad question but according to US News ranking for best Pharmacy School in the US, University of California-San Francisco (UCSF) has been ranked #1 in recent years.
Although this ranking and among other consideration, is subject to personal opinion. Personally I have no interest of attending UCSF regardless of their ranking. Each pharmacy program offers a slightly different curriculum and environment and it is essentially up to the student to decide where they want to attend.
The second highest ranking school, University of Texas-Austin, was considered as a fall back for many students because of their unconditional acceptance rule of only taking final grades into consideration regardless of how many times you've taken a course. For example, you can fail chem 16 years in a row, as long as your final grade is an A, thats all that will be counted where as majority of pharmacy schools out there will base acceptance of grades either by the higher of two grades (between the 1st time you took the course versus the 2nd time), or the average of all the grades and the number of times you've taken the course.
The rule of thumb is to apply to as many school as possible with experts recommending at least 6 schools. It is up to you to decide which schools best suits your needs but according to the ranking, as of right now it is still UCSF. You might want to minimize your schools to your area of preference rather than to the entire world. Not like it really matters which pharmacy school you graduate from.

pharmacy schools in canada give you the option of taking a pharmD while schools in the US encorporate it all into extra class time. the wage is competetive in canada too so you could also consider that
