Try using potatoes, they worked for me. I tried the cucumber slices and it was horrible, the juice got right into my eyes even thogh I kept my eyes tightly shut! And it cause my eyes to be very itchy and turning red. Make sure when using the potatoes that you only use it on the area that is puffy. Either above the eyes or under. Don't put directly or lay on eyes or it will cause the juice to get in.

Do read this news before listening to anyone telling you to apply haemorrhoid cream on your eyes, coz in long term you will face skin infection which will be bad.
German drugs maker Schering warned consumers on Thursday not to use haemorrhoid cream on their faces.
The warning came after a male stylist said on Norwegian television that many photo models used the cream in the morning to get rid of puffy eyes, which the drug company said seemed to have boosted demand for such products at pharmacies.
"This is a pharmaceutical and not a cosmetic," the group's Norwegian subsidiary Schering Norge AS said in a statement, warning especially to keep haemorrhoid cream out of the eyes.
It said the warning applied to its product, Scheringproct, which it said was "a pharmaceutical that is used on haemorrhoids and around the opening of the large intestine".
Try our own old method which others have told you to coz they will relieve the puffiness in your eyes in healthy way and ofcourse it will take a little bit more time.
Its Better to be safe than cure

Try keeping a couple of spoons in the freezer just for the times you have puffy eyes. (The bottom of the spoon goes over the lids.)
There are other tips on the following page. I personally prefer the cooled chamomile tea remedy.

Ok, I know this sounds weird, but Prep H (yes, the hemmoroidal medication) works very well to reduce any swelling or puffiness. Beauty contestants are known to use it before shows. Good luck!

This is going to sound weird but celebrities do it. Preparation H, the cream for hemorrhoids. Causes the swelling to go down under eyes as well.

i put a cold water bottle [the bottom of the water bottle] against my eyes. when my eyes are puffy my double eye rid disappears so doing the cold water bottle thing helps a little.

Keep head elevated- do not have congestive heart failure or kidney disease- no salt-excercise to increase circulation- and pee out excess fluid- find out underlying cause of puffiness- are your ankles or feet swollen too?? see Md-D

Tea bags. Just wet, squeeze gently, then apply on eyes, preferably while lying down. DO NOT OPPERATE HEAVEY EQUIPMENT....LOL __Skeptic___
