Majority of contries in UN are arabs and muslims, just simply because there are about 50 contries that are muslims in the word, and Israel just one, so for whom do you think they would be for or against? And UN produces a resolutison after resolution condeming Israel, when they never condemed palestinians for kidnapping israeli soldiers, for bombing South of israel for about 6 yerars now, and hips more.

The UN spends about 1/3 of its time and money obsessing over the Jews in Israel and the Arab-Israeli Conflict, while people in Africa experience genocide, inhumane poverty and starvation.
The UN's actions aren't fair to anybody; it's a cesspool of corruption and irresponsibility.

The UN Human Rights body allocates more time for debating and condeming Israel than dealing with the genocide in Darfur.
If this is not a total bias against Israel, than what is a bias?

The UN has become completely useless. However, to your answer your question: the UN favors the Palestinians.

see what is UN. it's a international organization made just to support some countries such as the U.S and for sure Israel.
they use UN to gain their ends, it's a mean of theirs.
I recommend to notice to the facts of that recent war not the things which some medias say. Good Luck

UN has never been fair to to any country or cause. It can only play second fiddle to high and mighty.

As long as the US veto every single resolution that condemns Israeli terror actions against Palestinians and neighbouring countries we can't expect any fairness.
Unless there is massive public pressure within the US there will be no change in that, either, and I can't see that arising anywhere at the moment.
