Some people just are. It happens. Doesn't mean they are bad or evil people. Some people use it as a disguise.

While some people have medical reasons for obesity, this is not the case for the majority. Poor diets, laid back lifestyles, lack of stimulation and overindulgence contribute to most problems.

The TV show, The Biggest Losers, show the way out to those poor lost sheep who have wandered into the sedated world of laziness. It is quite inspirational to observe how determined they are to become normal and in control of their lives again. I often wonder how many people it has influenced to make the move themselves.

Interestng to note that whhile the show was on TV the to more suitable food choices. I found myself doing stretches and yoga during them. Whoever came up with that for a tv idea it was terrific. well done.

Because it's far easier to gain weight than lose it.

People generally like unhealthy food more than healthy food, it often tastes better and is more convenient.

Unless you have the "right" mindset, many forms of exercising are pretty dull, push ups, lengths in the swimming pool, doing the same thing over and over again. Team sports may be more interesting but the inherent difficulties of getting enough people together, especially with the demands of work and family, often leaving you too tired to want to exercise.

I have co-ordination difficulties and was bullied in PE lessons because of it, thus putting me off team sports. My local swimming pools are often crowded and frustrating to try and swim in. Most of the time I take long walks, often reading a book as I go, but with the current unpredictable weather, I'm less inclined to go out. But I'm still losing weight slowly.

Call it the modern life, everything is done for you these days, even quick lose weight programes so you can get fat again. Sitting in front of computers/T.V. and eating fast foods whilst doing it. Driving your car 100 yards to the shops to buy more fast foods . a never ending circle of bad eating ,no excersise and just pure lazyness.

Why would you in theory if you need to loose 3 ish stone want to carry around a small child 24/7.

I have come to the conclusion that the hole under our noses is bigger than the one in our bottoms!!!

irrespective of the personality and face features we
have, one must be proud and happy for what ever
they are.

Its our life we can make what ever we want out of it

we cannot surely say they will not be happy.

that may not be big factor for some people who are fat
their criteria for life differs, we need to respect individuals
opinions should not insist to put of weight

What is fat?

Some societies like to be what we would call fat.
Look at Polynesians or Samoans for example.
It is not for me personally but who are we to say?
