Why not (unless the participants have some "anomaly" that would stop them)? This is probably one of the first questions answered with co-ed space missions - the combinations and permutations are intriguing though - would be a lot of fun!

The main questions is would you want to. Being in spaces gives austronauts a nauseous feeling. "Sorry, I have a headache" will probably be the response of both parties. Also both parties would have to be tied down or it would be like two rubber balls trying to connect.
