My mom called me yesterday to make sure I was taking snow chains along with me when I drive home for Christmas. I don't leave till the 18th!! She told me she loved me then, do moms count for this question? Or is that too much like the "my mom thinks I'm cool" sort of situation?

I don't think i have ever been that lucky to have that one happen? usally i just get calls for a screaming match from people. Don't feel sad...i am hated by many, just because i am not simple minded and don't do everything that people tell me too! i am a rebel to the day i die! Hooray...to "The Son's Of Liberty" Later...

I have never called someone just to say I love you....freak and happy the way I am. I love them, they love me...don't need the phone thing going on to reinforce that.

Too long! The last time was the day my husband passed away. He called me every single day when one of us was at work or school just to say I love you. *sigh*

The neighbor called(yelled) it over here when I came home this evening, as my son and I had shoveled the snow off her sidewalk early this morning.

It was last year about this time ....my husband was on a tour of duty overseas.....and one night real late he called and basically just told me he was checking on me, and to tell me he loved me...

okay... we didn't have phones then but he call out from the other side of the river... or at least shouted it out...
