I would have to say Eli Manning. EIi was a #1 pick with all this hype associated with him. Eli was coming off a season where he led the G-Men to a division championship and was one of the top QB's in the league. Rex on the other hand came into this season as an unknown. He only had a handful of starts in his career and no one knew how he would do. And while he lit up teams the first part of the season, mostly due to inferior opponents and the fact defenses did not know how to handle him, he has stuggled now that teams no how to prepare for him. But Rex still leads his team to victories and face it in this league all that counts is wins.

Your question makes no sense. Both are struggling so neither one is highly rated. If you mean which one is disappointing more it would have to be Manning with his pedigree he is expected to produce where Grossman is suppose to develop into a quarterback who is good enough to efficiently run an offense.

Totally Grossman. As a Bears fan it kills me to say this but the kid should be benched. I hate when he throws while he's still in backward motion. For heaven's sake, can't he see that he's much more accurate when he throws while he's moving forward?? Makes me crazy!! I can't even wear his jersey in public anymore.
