Would you kill to survive, like for food in this situation?

Personally I don't think I could it would probably taste like chicken because everything seems to taste like chicken, and no i couldn't kill someone just to eat them.

Very weird question, but no I could never ever bring myself to do that. I'd have to starve to death or find another food source.

I think you get to a certain point when you're starving and suffering from overexposure that you're no longer sitting around making decisions like that. I think I'd be chomping on the dead body without even realizing what I'm doing. I'd be delusional and I'd probably have sunstroke. That's only if I wasn't able to find another source of food first. Maybe human tastes like something close to ham but with a mysterious aftertaste.

If you're on an island, that means you're surrounded by ocean, which means you're surrounded by fish. I'd learn how to fish very quickly. I would not kill but I might cook themtoeat if the person was already dead, depending on who it is, but really, if you are on an island, there is food.. island=water=food
