That depends on where a person lives too. Where I live there is a city ordinance that prohibits men from going shirtless outside their house if they reside within city limits. So apparently it's not acceptable everywhere.

i could, on the sea coast besides. I do now if there is not any longer all people close by on the sea coast. I veritably have not got any intentions of strolling up and down the line that way, regulation or no regulation. What people do no longer comprehend is that if the government made it regulation there would not be 500,000 topless females on the seashores in this united states of america the next day. There must be say 5 or 6 on Venice sea coast, 3 or 4 on Clearwater sea coast in Florida, 2 or 3 at Myrtle sea coast and so on. all and sundry who thinks there could a mass exodus of bare women people to the rustic's seashores fairly would not comprehend women people.

no mens are not the same are you crazy. I get nothing when I or someone else touches my chest it's just like any other part of my body. You ever look at natural geographics there are ton's of topless women walking around. So, that suggest it's a cultural thing that has been made up through time.

I have often wondered about this and it is because no one wants to look at men's boobs, so no one is bothered it men run around topless. Whereas everyone wants to look at women's chests; so it is not allowed.
