unless you talk,
nothing is happening.
these days communication is key.
you tell them upfront about history, immunizations,
or that you are clean because you have a recent check up.
you do this to be responsible.

Not saying anything may mean he does not like you or he is so crazy about you he cannot speak. The best thing is to get him in a conversation. Two or three sentences should tell you whether he wants to talk to you more or not.

if the guy is like atheletic or jock like, probably turned off
it guy's a nerd/geek/nice guy, probably nervous
