I just bought a laptop and wish to update my graphic drivers (NVIDIA Geforce Go 7200), I went to the NVIDIA website and downloaded the Geforce Go 7 Series drivers, but when I tried to install the driver it said that it was not for my CARD! So then I went and downloaded the Forceware drivers for Geforce and TNT cards, but once again, it said it wasnt for my card, when I tried to install it.

WHERE THE HELL ARE MY DRIVERS!

It is definitely a Geforce Go 7200 graphics card, so its not like Im not downloading the correct drivers!

If you downloaded the force-ware drivers like you said and they would not load, then something is up with your card. Nvidia drivers do not reject being loaded unless you have a card from another company. Please take my word for this as I have been doing the driver download thing for many years. Look on the box your lap top came in and make sure it says Geforce 7200. If it does then take it back from where you got it and tell them that Nvidias drivers are not loading and they should even if the video is built into the motherboard. If they have thrown in some sort of off brand video card in your computer then they can be a Bear to get stable drivers for, so insist on what you paid for. One last question, have you tried ATI drivers? Hey ATI is not such a bad thing. Good Luck.
