This guy I work with and went out once but keeps asking me out always rubs his chest when I talk to him. It really bugs me and I wonder why he does it...does anyone know why?? He gives you that look like he is looking right through you (creepy) and then he just moves his hand over his chest up and down the WHOLE time you talk or he talks and it's like AHHHh. haha.....soo...anyone got any clues as to why he does this?? THANKS!

It's a sub conscius action, like posturing. It is an attempt to draw attention to his chest, to try and show you his masculinity. He may not even realize he is doing it. I had a guy do that once to me, every time I talked to him, he stuck his chest out and rubbed it.

I think it is like rubbing ones head. It is supposed to help you think. And there is hair on the head and hair on the chest. He probably doesn't even realize he does it. Being deep in thought would also explain the blank stare.

I do that all the time. Its a nervous reaction. Like scratching your head when you talk. Maybe's he's a little shy to talk to you so he does something impartial to take the edge off. Better his chest than his nuts. But I do that too.

Maybe a nervous habit...maybe he's wishing it was your chest...sounds creepy...if you have a creepy feeling about him then try to stay away from him! Good luck!

It's just like a nervous twitch thing, there are many diffent kinds of nervous "twitches" and It seems as you co-worker has this particular one which is pretty creepy, but it's not a sexual thing

Because he likes you.It makes him nervous to be around you/talk to you.It is something he does.When he gets nervous.Maybe he just likes touching himself.I think you should ask him.Why?

in all typicality when a person is touching themselves while they're talking to you it may mean that they want to be touched there by you, which at a subconsious level causes them to touch themselves there... sounds like he likes you, you should be happy he was only rubing his chest.
