I have multiple lip-balms of different sorts and brands at home. I don't want to waste them, but is it okay to use one lip-balm and then a different one later in the day, etc? Do the different brands matter?

Why not? I keep a different lip balm in most every part of my house and every purse. None of them are the same brand; some work better than others; I get good use out of all of them. (I toss the ones I react to or just don't like the feel of.)

its absolutely okay to use different lipbalms BUT if its on the same day then u make sure that u wash ur lips firstly ,make them dry by using a towel (pat-dry only) and then apply the different lip balm...SO THAT the residues of first one does not mix up with the second one!!!

No but make sure they both are what you are using them for if you have dry lips make sure to read if the lip balm has alcohol in it most people don't know that but if it is just to keep something on your lips then NO but make sure you are not using it to defeat the purpose of what you are using it for

well, it doesnt really matter that much but if you dont use certain lip balms that are medicated, like carmex and stuff, your lips will get used to the ingredients. if you discontinue to use certain medicated ones your lips will get drier.

It really doesn't matter, but sometimes you can use a certain kind that will irritate and dry your lips out it just depends.

I dont think it should matter..I use different ones all the time..I dont think there is anything u have to worry about..

well it does not ake any difference.
if 1 can apply different brands of cosmetics while makeup.
then y cant y use different brands of lipbalm.
