What does this Vietnamese phrase "Bo tay" mean?

"Bo tay"... like after a tennis match.. your opponent say that to you?

BO TAY means one accepts defeated,can not do anything to change the situation( as when being handcupped).Cheers.

My Vietnamese is not very good, but I think bo tay means helpless or I am unable to help you. Do you suck at tennis or something?
