Kidneys do not SECRETE anything. They EXcrete, that is, they get rid of toxic waste products of metabolic reactions. I suppose if you count transporting urine to the bladder as a function of the kidneys a is correct.
Unless of course the question is wrong. :P

umm....why are you posting a biology question on the chemistry section!? Chemistry rules over Biology. Oh yeah, I think the answer might be c? (definitely not d or b or even a as the kidney might need to secrete ADH)

c is e answer.
it does secrete stuff like urea , reabsorb back glucose and other ions, and ultrafiltration occurs in the 1st part of kidney, bowman's capsule
