I'd say 99% of all wisecracks are made up on the spot or scenario specific. I'd suggest practicing wisecracks in your head next time.

If the situation ever presents itself, you can pretend to shiver badly when the person walks by you and say aloud "did it just get really freakin' cold in here?" or "Did anyone feel that draft?"
Or, you can always say "I know you are but what am I??"
