Go get a good pedicure and ask them to use that blade thing. You usually have to ask for it though because I don't think they're suppose to use it, but there are exceptions (no offense). After you get that out of the way, go to the beauty supply store and buy yourself some foot scrub lotion and a good scrubber and 3 to 5 times a week whenever you bathe, scrub you feet. Also, something that may help is putting a thick coat of vaseline and your feet, along with socks, at night when you go to bed to help keep your feet moisturized. Over time, your feet will eventually come around and won't be so high maintainence, but for now you have work to do.

this really works... take a warm shower or bath at night and when you get out of the water dry off and put vaseline on your feet(rub it into the dry areas especially ... then put on a clean pair of socks. make sure that you sleep with them on. when you wake up you will be able to tell the difference. but also, get pedicures. they are the key factor in maintaining smooth heels. good luck crusty feet! just kidding :)

never ever use the blade on your heels, the skin grows back thicker. pumice is fine. for starters, get a pedicure and keep it up by slathering baby oil/ vaseline on your heels before bed.

if you ever head to the beach, dig your heels in wet sand. otherwise a heel balm & socks at night, or a pumice stone should be your best friends.
