Many well known international audit firms have set up companies and provide services over here in Singapore. The present situation of accountant over here is very demanding because of a requirement by the government on the transparency of company account and also the up and coming increase of "GST". You can always check it up with our embassy on this situation.

There are four big international accounting firms in Singapore, They are being called as "Big 4" => PwC, Deloitte, E&Y and KPMG. However, there are a plenty of others medium size accounting firms such as Grant Thornton, Moores Stephens, RSM International, etc.

heard from friends that Ernst & Young is a top company in Singapore, as an ex colleague was a junior accountant there, cheers
