I am looking for a site that I can give a birthdate/time and find out how the planets were aligned at that specific time?

Just google "Birth Chart"

It'll come up with a lot of different sites that want you to enter your birthdate and time and location.
Do a couple of them, they're mostly similar but some of them are different then others.

I like http://www.0800-horoscope.com/birthchart.php

There are so many astrology sites out there. It's so easy to get a natal chart, for free, just by signing up. You will need to know your birthdate obviously, time of birth and location of birth. Some places will even have you select the hospital, as it could matter.

Remember to deduce an hour for daylight savings time from April to October depending on the day. That will mess up your rising sign (for years I thought I was Aquarius rising but it turned out once I deducted for DST, I was Cappy rising).

Anway, the one I joined was www.astroadvice.com.

This website will do exactly that for you. Takes a bit of getting used to, but worth the effort ==>http://www.fourmilab.ch/cgi-bin/Solar/action?sys=-Sf
