yea...it sucked, and i'll never forget it! last year, i had a meeting for a club i'd joined on my college campus, and it ran a little later than intended, and a little bit into my first class of the day. since my class was on the opposite side of campus, i had to run to try and save time. So, by the time i reached the classroom door, my face was red, my eyes were tearing up from the wind, i was struggling to keep my ragged breathing under control, and my arms were folded against my body to preserve my heat. when i walked in the classroom, my psychology professor looked up at the intrusion, saw the way i looked, STOPPED the discussion to ask me if i was okay, and brought the whole room's attention in my direction. yipes...to salvage my reputation, i replied 'no' with a sniffle and ran back out of the classroom...missing a lecture was better than suffering through that embarassment for that entire hour...

Tornadoes can happen any time including winter. All though rare, tornadoes can occur and have occurred in the winter months. Most areas likely to have winter tornadoes are the southern states however tornadoes can occur any where. Tornado season is from mid March to mid July, for the Midwest states. The tornado season for the eastern states is later and can last through August. Just remember tornadoes can occur any where any time when conditions are right.
