my friend phoned me last night really upset, her ex boyfriend apparently took photos of her naked when she was asleep (without her knowledge) but the worst part is he sent them to an adult magazine which has published the pictures. can she do anything about this, this was a horrible thing to do what should she do?

yes she can....what a bastard he is...get her to report him....if they have been published get the address of the magazine they are in and sue them too, they cannot publish without her permission...it's a violaton...he's exposed her to the world.....she needs proof first...get the pics and take them to a solicitor....he sounds like a right little runt to me...how dare he...maybe she might have some pics of his very small penis..she should put them in farmers world or something...no seriously.....slam the tw@t...he deserves it...

OMG this is so bad how can he do that i would get him down to the police station and the lawyers ad i would sue the magazine to they should of not took them papers without the girls permission oh god that has really shocked me i hope she has left him who the hell dose he think he is

He had no right doing that. Whenever a photographer takes a picture of someone whose photo they will be using, they ask them to sign a release form. She can sue him and the magazine for all there worth, I think. Tell her to get a lawyer.

That's highly unusual. Magazines require a release form to be signed before publishing anything of that nature.

Wow, that was not nice, what a horrible person, she needs to go the the magazine and see who gave them permission to publish them, as i am sure that they can't, if not luck, then of to a lawyer, as that is terrible, feel sorry for her, hope she gets some help. good luck and god bless

First thing she needs to do is find out exactly which magazine. Then she needs to contact a lawyer. She can contact the magazine and request that they prove she gave them premission to print these photos. If she can not afford a lawyer she could contact her states pre-paid legal program.

she needs to sue him and call the magazine and ask why they didnt ask for her permission or signature to allow the pics to go out she can also sue the magazine. Its not right for them to allow someone whom is not in the picture to be able to put a picture in a magazine. THis is an invasion in privacy and she needs to ditch this guy what kind of guy does this to someone he loves while they are sleeping and then puts it in a magazine for the world to see without her permission.

Instead of going into court action, would it be better if she takes the matter as common nowadays like those published in Phil Mag. FOR HIM. Onlt first ladies are afraid of skeleton on the closet to get exposed.

Call the mag to stop the photes being published.See a solicitor asap. They normally have a free hour and offer advice.

she can sue him but she probably wouldn't want to do that to him.also she could ask the magazine take them off. since she didnt sign a contract then they cant publish it leagally.also your friend should rethink her relationship. she should be able to trust him
