The departure of Iverson (which seems inevitable now) is certainly the end of an era as far as Philadelphia basketball is concerned. But is it good or bad? Is it good because we're finally going in a new direction? Or is it bad because we're losing the numbers that A.I. puts up for us every night? What do you think?

BAD! Philly never makes good trades anyway. You think trading our star away is good for philly? King obviously doesn't know what he's doing. AI brings the crowds in. If iverson leaves philly will be in the bottom of the nba league for sure. They might as well go to the D- league if they give up iverson. nobody in philly is capable of taking up that responsibility.
Yes. Iverson has some issues with his attitude and stuff, but sending him away won't change that. His fearlessness is part of his character. As long as the right coach who actually can unite the team comes along, the 76ers and AI will be so great.
I don't think iverson should go. i think that the coach should go instead. how did he give up just like that?! Hasn't he ever heard of the word "perseverance"? I think he needs to be reminded of that.
76ers without AI is just something i won't accept as a sixer fan.

I feel srry that it had to end. They man who led us once to the Final in 2001 I think will soon be gone. The person who usually averages about 32 points is gone to a better team to start another franchise. Maybe it'll be Clippers or Lakers. Or even Rockets who has been struggling in the last few games. We should all salute that we will always remeber the man who gave us the chance for the Championships.

I fell bad for them because they are losing a good player and now they are going to lose a lot now without Allen Iverson, I am just wondering what team is going to sign him.

ONLY GOOD THING will happen to Philly without Iverson. Iverson is the main reason 76ers sucks somuch. First, he takes ridiculous shots and ball hogs like kobe bryant. Don't corraborate well with other players. I mean, ever wonder why san antonio spurs or detroit pistons are such a good team. Because they play AS A TEAM. 76ers is just a one man show, and no matter how much points he put everynite, like 40 or 50 points IT DOESNT MATTER, THEY CANT WIN!

The front office and the owner need to be the ones the fan should blame....Iverson wants to remain a Sixer....the office doesnt want him.

i think they will be better without A.I. on the team(i am not a philly fan but i know who they r and alot about them)
I think A.I. was a ball hog and he was a team-cancer.I'm happy he's leaving....but i hope he don't go to the Pistons...cuz i like them.
