When I move my "hand" on the wii screen it seems all jittery. It seams like it is broken. How do I stop this?

First off Some fluorescent lights could possibly mess up with your wii-mote and the sensor bar. Try to dim the lights, and see if anything happens.
Did you try messing around with the sensitivity options?

It's under Wii Settings - Sensor Bar - Sensitivity.

I had to set the sensitivity level to 5 on mine for it to be even close to accurate.

If that does not work try:
- make sure the sensor is set up right
- make sure the wiimote is calibrated correctly
- check the batteries

You may want to try totally removing the batteries for a bit, or see if the documentation has anything about a way to hard-reset it.

First I'd check the battery in the controller. Next Clean the sensors, make sure nothing is blocking the signal, make sure the cord is plugged in good, make sure your pointing it at the screen and not too far away or at a weird angle. If that doesn't work send it back.
