last night I dreamed of my ex who I actually hate now ,but I got the feeling that I would like to know how he's doing and if he's ok..
I am not gonna contact him but I think he would be a part of my life always ...

Yes. I had a dream about him right after he was murdered.
Stay away from it. If he was bad news then, he's bad news now.

I had a dream about a significant ex over 14 years after we broke up. I've moved on, but for a week or so, I was wondering what happened to her. I think it's only natural to wonder about that person.
If you had a dream, then I think it just means that even if you say you "hate" them, subconsciously you want them to be ok and you are remembering some good times you had. Just remember, it wasn't all bad. Was it?

he was my first love whom I dated for 6 yrs. We were H.S. Sweetheart. We broke up for 6 yrs now and I still have dreams about him. We ended our relationship really bad and he talks bad behing my back. I hate him with a passion like you. For some reason part me of will always love him. It's hard to describe. I still dream about him here and there. I dreamt that we got married and have kids. Every time when I dream of him I would be so depressed. I would think why does it have to end this way. Now that I am married now I still think of him here and there. I am like you I want to know how he's doing, but yet I will never contact hiim. I guess....it's better to leave it the way it is....

Yes I have had a few dreams about her. Our divorce was just final last month. Like Popeye I woke up not feeling good, kinda sad, and like you the memory of my ex will always be there, mainly because she was my first true love. It's like I tell all my friends, in my mind I know we can never be together again, but my heart says different.

i've had several dreams about exes but there was nothing sexual in them, just weird random stuff going on. i wouldn't contact them just b/c u had a dream b/c it just might bring up old past stuff u don't need in ur life right now.

its probally in basic terms stressful emotions... im somewhat particular that although you're happy with this guy, possibly someplace interior youself, your nevertheless scared... so which you continuously remind your self of what you went via... or perhaps that's in straightforward terms a very weird and wonderful coincadance

yes woke up thinking of one this morning.. and Ill be damned if i didnt see her this afternoon after 6 months of not seeing or hearing from her.. and I still think about my first love everyday.. but I dont think of it as abad thing cause I still love the one Im with now and wouldnt trade it for anything..
