Hi , like to ask all of you a question. I am a 25 yrs old , married gal from SG .I am basic knowledge of microsoft office , especially excel , and can troubleshoot my pc , reinstall my windows , i am veri interested in troubleshooting , what course to you recommend me to take , to start off ?My highest qualification is only till sec 3 ...

There are alot of IT courses in the market. Bascially, I think if you really like IT, my suggestion is that you should check out with ITE if they have any part time courses related to IT and progress from there onwards. This should be basic before you can go on to further studies in IT field.

Go to www.microsoft.com, select the IT professional tab.

That will give access it Microsoft IT certification site.

All the info that you could want about what to take to get you qualified in which area of the Field you want to go into.

In the mean time, go on line to some computer part store and build you a system by copying the parts and pasting them into a document until you have a complete system in the document.

Then buy that system and put it together your self. DO A COMPLETE SYSTEM. this will help:

dont worry mr. u please try to join in some hardware engineering course. its worth. u told that u can troubleshoot pc to some extent. if u want to concentrate more on this field, try to join in some hardware engineering course. good luck.
