I only measure a nine in mens but I wear a ten in mens tennis shoes. (I also measured myself on the womens scale and I was a ten)

i wear a size 9 so i wear a size 7 in mens
its 2 sizes different

I think they probably are the same sizes. But the only thing different is, most stores don't carry large sizes for women because marketing research has determined that women want to believe they they have small feet.
Women likes wearing a shoe that shows a small size. It makes them feel sexier and more attractive.

im a 7.5 in men`s and a 8.0 in womens but it`s ok for me to have small feet because im a 14 year old guy.
